This is where your ideas begin to take shape.
We start by getting to know you, your lifestyle and your site. From there, we develop an initial layout that explores how your home will function and feel, along with early 3D models to test roof form and external character.
This stage includes early layouts, simple 3D studies and design meetings to shape the direction of your home.
2. Design Development
This is where the design comes together.
We refine the approved concept into a resolved design, aligning it with your survey and contours and developing the plans, elevations and 3D views. You’ll see realistic external renders with materials and landscaping so you can clearly picture the finished home.
This stage is about getting the design right before moving into documentation.
3. Kitchen & Wet Area Design
This is where the inside of your home comes to life.
We design your kitchen, bathrooms, ensuite and laundry in detail, focusing on flow, storage and everyday functionality.
This stage includes detailed internal elevations so your joinery and wet areas can be accurately priced and built.
4. Construction Documentation
This is where your home becomes buildable.
We prepare a full set of working drawings ready for engineering, approvals and construction. These drawings allow your builder and consultants to price and build your home with confidence.
Throughout this stage, we coordinate with your builder and consultants to ensure everything aligns.
